JACOB piping systems

Our product range includes piping systems for transporting bulk materials, dust extraction, and ventilation. Jacob piping systems are an excellent choice for many industries. They are most commonly used in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and plastics industries, as well as for oil mist extraction in the automotive and metalworking industries. The piping systems have special right-angled joints onto which U-shaped seals are fitted. The individual pipe sections are then connected together with a quick-release coupling. Simply open, connect, and close.

Jacob piping systems are made from premium materials. Modular systems allow for very easy installation with great design flexibility. Other companies manufacture the same products to order for specific projects and weld them directly on site. Jacob offers a much more efficient method – standardized modular parts with U-shaped seals and quick-release fasteners for connection. The piping system products consist of more than 8,500 parts. The system can be freely expanded, modified, and connected. The technical specifications of the system range from 60 to 1,600 mm in diameter, with wall thicknesses from 1 to 3 mm, and the material is mostly stainless steel.
